Following on from my last question posted, I have found out that it`s true. On the BT web page it tells that christmas eve and christmas day is 50p all day. Quake2 here I come. Maby today is a good day to die.

Its Christmas day and New Years day and unfortunately excludes 0345 and 0845 and also premium rate numbers. This means internet access and also Wireplay. However some ISPs have London 0181 or 0171 numbers which should get around the internet problems. Sorry.
-------The man's right....
"The special 50p UK offer excludes calls made through an operator, BT payphone calls, calls to mobiles and to BT Click, calls to the Channel Islands, to premium rate services, to non-geographic numbers such as 0345, 0645 and 0845 and calls made using a BT Chargecard and through BT Ring Me Free. "
Oh well, life's a bitch, eh http://www.wireplay.co.uk/ubb/smile.gif

Um - so which region of the country is 0345 and 0845 numbers??? I presume its somewhere up north???
Its a local access #, U will probably noticed that all your ISP & WP DUN's Use 1 of these numbers!!
Oh thanks rKANE - I hadn't realised that - always thought it was weird how all the ISPs were in the same area... Does that mean that all the 0800 freephone numbers aren't people living in a small town in East Anglia???
