Your not trying to play online here are you Paul? If so it wont work. You need the software they have here on the downloads section then follow the instructions when you install it. You can get if off most PC Zone cover CDs and most of the Future mags too. If it is simply that you haven't downloaded the WirePlay client then use this link: http://www.wireplay.co.uk/html/downloads/client.htm ... Otherwise add some more information and hopefully we'll be able to help...
