Wireplay does not work.............AT ALL!!!!!!!

I was logging onto Rapid Play today, and for some reason, it couldn't find a connection. Its the first time its happened in months. After trying a few times, I decided to uninstall, and reinstall. Now, neither Game Worlds or Mind games work. This is now getting beyond the limits. I know rapid play has had problems in the past, but where are patches to sort out problems. Support by wireplay is decreasing very rapidly.

Danath - I would very much like to help you. No support isn't waning, it's just that your problem is unique and we don't have any reports of a similar nature or we would have done something! - that's why there are no patches. Sorry to state the obovious, but have you rung helpdesk?

Still the same support as before. Tried Helpdesk? Don't understand the connection problem on RP, this is a different connection to that for Worlds or Mind so its interesting these dont work either. Internet?
We try to improve Wireplay but so much depends on what else has got onto your PC. Sorry but you may have to dig a bit deeper to get a fix, we cant provide patches to fix all of the infinite ways in which PCs can get b0rked. Get our helpdesk guys to help out, they try their best and if that fails they call on us.

PANIC OVER!!!!!! I've got it to work, don't know what happened. Rapid play still has problems, but gameworlds works (phew, needed it for sunday)

I am always interested in problems that seem to 'go away', - usually indicates a bug of some sort lurking in the depths of my code!

did u install aol or anything similar as they have a habit of reaking havoc with wireplay settings...
