FAO TECH's and K56 TRIAL USERS

OK. Im using the trial number thing but my Pace 56k modem will not connect at anything greater than 31,200. Either this trial aint going v. well or Im doing somehing wrong. Any ideas?

erm, the ovious 1 that springs to my mind is you've still got CC billing selected in the client. If this is the case you ain't connecting to the kflex modem banks.

Otherwise, these banks may be full already, or the trial is in suspension while they're sorting things out.

Nope. I'm definitely on the Pay as You play option m8. I also so noticed that running that registry setting thing didnt actually change the phone number so I changed it manually to some 0894 444007 number (i think) and it now asks me for my username and password, which i dont have. Is this the right number and what do i do now?

ah, forgot that one.

the password you're looking for don't exist.
when prompted put wireplay in lower case in the username field and it should work. Leave the password field empty.
