problem with geforce 2

hi, installed my geforce2 , all went well , then i noticed everything was slow so i ran benchmark 2000 and got a result of 2100, i used to get 2600 with my old matrox card , i have a athlon 600 , 128mb ram ,asus mb, win 98 se . any 1 got any ideals wot the prob is. if you have let me no how i can fix it in detail, not to good with this sort of thing :)

Make sure you have your AGP miniport drivers installed for your Athlon motherboard.

thanx m8 that was the problem , im now getting a benchmark of 5350, which makes me a very happy chappie. :)
