Everytime I go to scan I get a fatal exception, then windows calls for general protection faults. I have a ****ty Genius ColourPage Live and this prob is really startin to **** me off cos the rest of my setup works great. I had a problem with the scanner drivers that came with the scanner that they caused a general protection fault when booting up windows, i've been to the Genius site and the latest drivers are dated 98 or summat which are the ones which I have. Can anyone help short of suggestin get a new scanner?
