is there that much difference between the two as ive ordered a 32mb version and dont want to be disappointed...

The only real difference is that the 64mb one can handle very large textures better and faster but you won't see and difference below 1280x1024 or any better performance. They are just not worth buying for playing todays games and even tomorrows :).
There isn't much in it. The 64mb card allows you to run quake III without texture compression giving a much nicer look to the game. Additionally the Prophet II has its memory clocked higher at 366 vs 333 for the 32mb card allowing faster frame rates from 1024x768 onwards. But even then it's only about 10% difference until you get to 1600 where the difference is as much as 25%. Plus I've got mine clocked to 400 which is amazingly fast at high resolutions.
Still, it is a lot of money but for me with a 19" monitor it's worth it.
