it is getting crowded.
If the servers can handle it you could always up the max players to 14 or 16.
Also there is a map request, the almost official map pack for CS, on the Anarchy pages. The maps look great and would add a lot to the CS servers. there's a more detailed posting on the CS Forum.

what about those Anarchy maps.
for map download you can extend the scope of Counterstrike immensely.
The maps are buy the same people who wrote the mod I think...

Yeah, the Hostage Down map-pack should definitely be put on all the servers - I know the WP peeps aren't too keen to do that, because it means everyone has to download more stuff, but it really would be worth it - cs_vineyard and de_scud are amongst the best maps I've played, more than an equal for any of the official maps.

Yeah, I get that, WOOHOO, then my connection makes me retry and then it was a laggy as hell yesterday for me.
Some more servers would be nice. It's by far the best FPS game online
