When is WP3 actually out?

When is WP3 out? There are quite a few new free isp's arriving which should be better than BT. SO i need to know when its out, even an estimation or something will doo

Will there be a build b4 that where we can play peer to peer games?? As ive had WP3 since the 2nd set of beta test but still havent played a game on it!!!! As i ONLY play peer to peer games!!!!!

Pls say there'll be a new peer to peer build soooon!!!!
