PACE Ultralink ISDN TA so called modem

Me and MrVista both have these stylish gray boxes on our desks but as if by magic both have decided not to accept or make voice calls at about the same time (on ISDN you get a bonus tel. number you can put a phone on...).

Anyway BT say the lines ok, Pace say they can't help - anyone got any ideas...?

Or is there an international ISDN conspiracy organisation that goes around making modems half useless?
