premature disconnection- is it my fault

umm its kind of embaressing its never happened to me before
i'd be playing away quite happily and it would just go down
i would just lose it
i've been under a lot of stress lately and this really isnt good for it
is it my problem?
is my modem too small?
(apologise for the innuendo but it is a pain in the arse)
