WIREPLAY WEBSITES HELP NEEDED

I'm trying to implement an online form for FLASH on wireplay hosted site, can some1 plz tell me:

1) Do they allow u to execute cgi scripts? If not cgi hows about asp?
2) Are they unix or linux box?
3) Where is perl and date? IE. usr/bin/perl - bin/date
4) Do they have sendmail or equivilent, and where is it kept? IE. usr/sbin/sendmail

Its unfortunately not practical for any service to offer cgi or asp hosting for free due to the far greater demands placed on the webserver... I'll be hugely impressed if you can find anywhere offering free cgi and asp hosting, with no catches, and on a server with >75% up time...
