Video in a site is usually a bad thing. Slower speed modem users will hunt you down like dogs.

The most acceptable way of doing video is to use streaming video. Use either realvideo (www.real.com) or Microsoft media (www.microsoft.com). Your web server will need to support streamed video - check with your ISP.

Hope that helps.

Dan.

P.S. Help required for site - www.go.to/tcic (http://www.go.to/tcic) if you know about computers new and old - get in touch!
