I get a ping of 2000 and loads of connection problems - Please help me

Im using a new diamond Supra 56e Pro (Just bought it yesterday) but im getting pings of 2000 on WEEKNIGHTS in CS and TFC. My modem also keeps on disconnecting after about 5-10mins, the connection has been lost even when im writing this. Please help me cos i just spent £50 on a piece of sh.ite that doesn't work properly

Well it should definately work beter than that....

My web pages are all about Diamond Supra Express's (i use one) and the correct DUN setup for Wireplay.
