My modem randomly disconnects: Very ****ed off.

No matter what game im playing my modem will sometimes freeze up and disconnect. Its a Diamond SupraExpress 56e Pro. Its ****ing me off no end and I was wondering if random disconnections are normal, or if there is something I can do about it. Any help would be greatly appreciatted. Cheers and Thanks.

I've been having same problem with this modem. I usually get disconnected after 20mins or just as I'm getting into a good game of tfc! Have now got isdn with exactly the same win98 setup and no problems at all.
