Please help with voodoo3 3000 crashes

I have just installed a voodoo3 3000 in place of my ati rage fury and righteous 3d 4mb, but the resolution in quake2 will only go up to 800 by 600 and it crashes after seconds of playing - the screen goes blank and I have to restart, whatr can I do? please someone help me, thankyou, ned

Sounds like you need the mingl drivers mate, either off the CD or the new ones off the 3DFX website http://www.wireplay.co.uk/ubb/wink.gif
