Remember many moons ago there was talk of WP changing there modems from 3com to 'shivas'?
Has this actually happened yet, or is it still 'in the pipeline'?

Apart from cuiosity my reason fer askin was linked to andykaz thread about NTL lines. Was wanting to eliminate any other possible reasons.

Ermm...never posted a url b4 so apologies if that doesnt work.
For any1 that cant be @rsed reading thru all the posts, i had the same prob...could connect at 45-50k to my ISP no problem...couldnt connect to WPDirect above 33600.
Recently moved house, back to BT, no changes to me settings, but can now connect to WP at well over 33600 no problem.
For info...my NTL lines' gain were maxed, i'm from Glasgow and i got a pace int v90 modem.
