Im not too sure if im talking about the right thing here or if im talking about something else.
Somewhere i read that you could create a page with a navigation menu on a seperate page. This would make it alot easier to create and modify non-frame pages. So if you would like to add an extra page link in the navigation you would not have to go thro every single page editing them.
Im not too sure if this makes any sense what so ever or if im talking total bollocks but some one must have a clue what im talking about :)
