Internet Explorer Problem :(

when i try and go on any web page on IE5 or 4 it just says

I'm using Netscape now but i don't like it...

I've tryed re-installin.. downgradin and then upgradin... loads

I reakon this is because that page that your trying to load uses 128 bit encryption.

IE5 (the UK version) doesn't support encryption this high... so it denies you access.

But I think the good ol guys at Netscape have included 128bit in Navigator 4+, so thats probably why you can view the page there.
