hi all
i have just changed premises and changed telephone over to new address.
i now have bad links when playing games such as quake 3 on wire play .
Also my connect rate has shot up to 115.bps
which is wrong normal connection is around 46-48 bps with no problems whatsoever
have tried everything possible at the new premises, and BT has been a total waste of time...
they have checked lines etc but they say they can only garrantee voice comms not data
the gain is the same and the line is not on

any BT engineers or anyone that has any ideas on what the problem could be

Ps what i can't see to get through to Bt is the old line was no problem at all it only since new connection here.
