Isdn connection

Hi guys, ive got isdn2 now, a bt card and i just installed as per instructions.
I have no idea how to tweak it and the weekends im getting a ping of 250 http://www.wireplay.co.uk/ubb/redface.gif

During the week its always around 90-100 which is fine for me but can i do anything to improve it.

I have claranet and am trying to find out some Quake 3 performance results via their Freetime service and isdn.

i know that the free weekend means high pings, but 250 on isdn2, thats bad. Modems are usually less than that during the weekend... hmm..

hmmm.. one of the guys in my clan was having the same problem, it might be inherent to isnd2+bt free weekend...
