Hi,
Can i presume it's internal ?
And is there any chance you could look at the modem itself and get from it either the FCC ID or BABT number ? (details of both are on my webby). They would help greatly in figuring out who actually made your modem. Rockwell is the maker of the chipset and not the maker of your modem.
Finally, can you enble modem logging, play online and (if/when you get disconnected) post the modem log here.
cheers
