Need halp positioning my flash work.

OK i made a flash movie thing....or what ever it is. I want it showing on a page with frames. How do i make it so the flash movie fits into the frame.
Unfortunately i haven't uploaded it yet so you won't be able to see it.
At the moment the frame apears with a scrole bar and hardly any of the movie is shown.

well m8 edit the frame html in notepad and for the part u want the flash movie to be in

instead of the HTML file u would probably of put it in that frame (well the source link to it) try putting the .swf file in that frame..
