K Ive had a new line in for ages now, and ive just used an extra string to allow me to view DCE instead of DTE (at last) but ive been online for about 12 hours today at 48,000 but now i just reconnected whilst someone else was using the other line, but only got a conn of 46,667 This isnt a huge difference, but in my eyes it is notable, Could this be because i was fobbed off with a DACS, or maybe i am just being a little cautious.
But if i recieve any indications that this is a DACS line i will take great pride in calling them up and telling them to take the line out.
Im now wondering if it is possible that this would be actionable, If you are given assurances that DACS WILL NOT be installed, would you be able to threaten them with Legal Action??
