Does ne1 know of ne place that does animated water backgrounds.....ie. a water background that is......swirly ya know it moves about sorta???? lol i cannot describe it well :)

They've got a small, free proggy that lets
you creat a few effects, one of them being
moving water.

It's best used to cover small areas only though.

No i meant something that is like a normail background except it shimmers even if u don't touch it.....so it is basically a water effect without u needing to touch it.......

absolute position it at 0x0, put all the content in a layer over the top :p
