whats the setting to tell my modem not to...

hiya all,
i wanna put a setting into my xtra settings on my modem properties to stop it connecting to wireplay above 45333 as it is so stable at that speed but if it connects at anything above that ie 49000+ its oh so naff :( does anyone know the setting command i need its a usr robotics v90 internal,

Should be something like :-
&U27&N30

(connect only between 41333 and 45333).
Obviously the values can be adjusted to suit your needs - all the other values are on my webby.
