Where is the colour specified in this CGI script, its for a counter but i want to chagne the colour.

I think its the FRGB code, where frgb=69Red;139Green;50Blue

yeah its the frgb if the colour of the text is currently a kinda crappy green. If the text is black at the moment then its probably the trgb=0;0;0 bit.

But the thing is how do i actually change the colour of the text which is green at the moment, to blue?
