That music is way to loud. I wear head phones cos me speakers are roken and me ears are hurting.

The jpgs have way to many colours, taking an age to dl/d. And the enws being below them is just stupid. Have the news at the top of the page.
The menus buttons should have <img src=blahblahblah border=0>
the HR image you have used for news are wrong, there isnt a break after news and the spinning q2 image.
Infact, any image with alink should have <border=0> in it.

Conclusion
A terribly made site, dont use FP either get a program like dreamweaver or write it yourself. It is full of bloated code and iamges/text are all out of aligntment.
