I use Dreamweaver for any html that I do but don't do that very often as I am into flash now :)
From what I have heard aviod Frontpage 2000 at all costs as from what I can gather from other peeps it mucjs up your html code although it is apparantly good for tables and stuff like that.

I do web design professionally. Dreamweaver is the best option, sure it looks difficult to start with but just try the tutorial, trial and help files. These get you used to working with Dreamweaver. In taught myself to use Dreamweaver in about a month. Dreamweaver is also brilliant if you link it with Flash, Fireworks or maybe even Director (but Director is exteremely expensive, it writes Shockwave)
WTF
YOU make pages professionally??
After your site www.pcgamesplanet.co.uk (http://www.pcgamesplanet.co.uk) hasnt even ben launched yet?!?!?!
YEAH !!! slag off pc games planet !!! he reackons he is well good, but he cant do anything. Im sorry but he cant create any good sites because he has no idea of what he is doing !!! (Please note that the language in this post was kept to a record low !!)
Yep use Dreamweaver definitely.
I created YARN with it and it turned out pretty well IMHO.

I reckon the best tool, is wait for it....
Notepad and a keyboard!!!
Just write it yourself, its much less complicated to start with, and you can easily edit it, not so with the messy chuff the dw or hdpro come up with, and as for fp2000, takes the ****!!! And it keeps breakin me pooter, the bugger!!!

I did about half of my site on notepad.
I still write all of my html, but i use homesite so i can easily view the changes i have made without having to save
Arachnophilia for html everytime :)
