Updating by Email - Possible?

I would like to update my site by email. That is by sending an email to a specific address I would like the text to come up on my page as a news item.

Is this possible and where would I find the tools to do this - preferably free and without ads and **** like that.

Errr, no. The best thing to use is Newspro http://amphibian.gagames.com/ but your server must support custom cgi scripts.

Newspro does essentially what you want but you update stuff using an on-line HTML form and a username/password.

Its a funky little program and I use it all the time.
