I am not fully getting it.
Do you want to edit a table so it auto updates the webpage so it saves what changes you made?

Yes
I want it so me, or someone else can fill in a form and it updates the table.
I don't know if it can be done....please say it is.
Yes it can be done, if you know perl, PHP or ASP and your site is hosted on a site that supports one of them. Why do you need it? If it's some sort of updateable news page there are free things available that will do this for you.

Check out www.cgi-resources.com (http://www.cgi-resources.com)
look there for all kinds of scripts
--WildWayz (look under CGI/Perl)
I'd be inclined to stick SSIs of text files in the cells of the table and then use some cgi to edit the text files.
Less hassle than messing with the HTML page itself methinks.
