Hi,

Do you know the exact modem version you got ? There's some documentation on my webby (under Diamond modem's) that'll help you better identify it.

How long have you had it and have you ever loaded new firmware into it ? What connection speed do you get ?

And finally, have you tweaked Q3 according to the latest tips for improved internet gameplay ? I mean frame rates, data rates, graphics settings etc etc These can make a hell of a lot of difference when playing via a modem. Try the Q3 forum for some ideas and/or external web links.

Its a diamond supraexpress V90i,PCI/SUP 2560.
I have followed all your tips and am using an autoexec.cfg which only contains the following:

seta rate "3500"
seta snaps "20"
seta cl_maxpackets "30"
seta cl_packetdup "1"
seta com_maxfps "31"

I always connect to wireplay direct at 49333 and am using the July 99 Drivers.
