Hosting !!!!!!!

right, heres the thing, i ave just finished a site and i need to upload it somewhere. The site has been designed for my brother, and i don't care where it is hosted. Though i do need 50+ mbs and maybe cgi access. Know anywhere where this is offered and its totally free. Don't ave to ave cgi but would be nice :)

Thats the one our site is on, mainly for the CGI. 50 meg is a little optimistic tho. U might need to sign up a few timse.

I know i'll get slagged of for saying that but it's the only site i know which gives u 50mb, although speed is not it's strong point

p.s what is CGI access?, and i don't know if x-stream allow it???
