Can Anyone Make UBB Hacks?

I was wondering if anyone knows anyone who can make UBB hacks very very very well. I'm trying to find someone who can help me make some UBB hacks I have ideas for. So if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very greatful.

Also does anyone know of any good sites to find out some good UBB hacks to use? Thanx.

they both have forums so ask on there if you want custom hacks
