looking for hosting for a CS clan site.......

it has to be free, has to have CGI, SSI, password protection to directories, FTP (ie. not clanpages.com), and a decent sub domain address.

can seem to find anywhere.

if the names not right u can find out by getting a copy of mirc if u dont have it just type Mirc in your browser and it will findit
