HTML file upload page?

Hi,
Im looking to add the facility to one of my webpages with allows the user to upload a text file to the web server. An alternative method to using FTP you could also say.

I have cgi and asp access on my web server.

Any help would be great :)

You want a thing called eUpload. Go to any of the above URLs and search for it.

....Oh I shoulda said.....My server runs apache...and I thinks its a hassle adding server components.....is there anyway to do it just by using cgi? :)

.....now how do i delete it? :) Whats the easiest way to delete a file on your webserver? :)
