I phoned BT today - and I didn't even MENTION the word "compensation" since I was bumped off, appointment after appointment.
The lady on the other end of the phone said to me, "sorry I have some bad news - no real news on your homehighway installation"
"But the good news is that we WILL be giving u 27 pounds in compensation per day your installation is delayed since ur initial appointment (11th december)"
So. Needless to say, I am happy and I shall be going into my chemistry exam on Thursday HAPPY AS HELL AND CONFIDENT AS A SMOOTH GUY!
