Best modem

OK....

I'm looking for the best modem for online gaming in WPD. I've heard alot about the Diamond Supraexpress 56e Pro but I remember seeing a post from Goose who said his Zoom dual 56 modem had a ping of 110 in counterstrike is this true or is it just bull??????

If anyone has any others ideas please do tell

i have the us robotics 56k external modem.
it is the cheapest of their modems around 60 quid and i get a ping of 130 in counterstrike. i dont know anyone who can get
any lower ping than that with a modem, unless they can connect at 56k cos i have never got over 52k.

i use a usr 56k internal hardware jobbie
about 70 quid, gives ping of 140ish in quake if u set it up right
