I know I'm going against opinion here, but you did ask for comments !

I think the site looks both neat and messy at the same time.

I like the use of the backgrounds on the individual panels. However, I think the eye is drawn all over the place, without a primary focal point to immediately call for attention.

Don't get me wrong - if that's your code, I envy you. It's just my two penneth

good content but the nav buttons on the left problem the top one is "too" close to the top of the page so u cant read the text since your mouse is over it and cos the button is to close to top u cant move mouse away to read text because theres not enought button to keep it from disapearing, if that means anything at all to u :)
