Windows 2000 (beta) drivers for Diamond Supra 56i

Guys and galls,

As the subject says, Diamond have posted some (beta !!!) drivers for the Diamond Supra 56i PRO (SUP codes 2380, 2390, 2560, 2760, 2830)
here (ftp://ftp.diamondmm-europe.com/comm/56ipro/files.htm).

There does not seem to be any drivers for the SST (software PCI internal), the USB or the 56e PRO as yet.

Could be....if your modem matches the SUP codees listed above then you might as well give the WIN2000 drivers a go.

Slime mate - followed your link and only found the win 95/98 drivers I already have.

Could find no mention of these dodgy drivers anywhere on the Diamond site.

Hi,

You had me going there. The WIN2000 drivers are definately there. I just tested the link in my original and went to it straight away. Second paragraph after the README bit.

Is your IE/Netscape set to refresh the cache once every millenium ;)

What kind of pings is Win 2K giving with the Diamond then? I heard that 2K was supposed to help on that front. Out of interest is Win2K closer in feel to Win98 or NT (I am sorta familiar with both but would prefer 98 with the bullet proofing of NT http://forums.gameplay.com/ubb/teeth.gif)
