right here is the problem.
I have made a frames page ,
a centre page surronded by 4 frames, like a framed picture,
however i want it so that if the browser window is too small scroll bars appear, when i put the scroll bars on auto, so that the scrool bars appear if the browser is too small,
an invisible margin appears where the scroll bar might appear but it has't because the screen size is big enough to view all of it,
can anyone tell me how too get rid of this inviblw margin.
