Cant connect to arenas

i cant get into the arenas, when i click the button it lights up and then all the other buttons disable and nothing happens after that

That sounds like a problem launching your WWW browser for the news page.

Try opening a URL from the 'Start->Run' dialog (eg: 'http://www.wireplay.co.uk/').

If this works while using your usual ISP, close your browser, connect to Wireplay Direct and try again.

Have you got a LAN at home? Do you have DNS configured in the TCP/IP settings? If so then this may be a problem while connected to 'Wireplay Direct' (unlikely though since your last posting to this board was from WP Direct).
