Unable to log in!

Dumped out of WP last night, unable to log in. Still can't arsing log in and not even registering a new user helps.

Please help.

You guys only work 9-5 then eh? Silly me, thinking someone would actually bother checking to see if anyone had posted here instead of calling at £1 per minute.

OK if its more information you need then:

It connects to WP using the name SUPER OSTRICH. It DOESN'T connect to power play. I've tried registering a new user and re-installing WP software.

So I get told to post here and **** all has been done. Bloody hell, you people are efficient.

hmmm I had this problem, I just got fed up of the "unable to login" and looked arround the net for a while, clicked on open play and managed to connect, clicked on power play and I was back in again

1 The helpdesk is open from 12 midday until 12 midnight

2 The helpdesk at the moment charges are local call rate.

3 On the 21 of may the helpdesk charges will be at 50p a minute

It sounds as if your ID has become stuck on the Wireplay server, however if you contact the helpdesk via e-mail and tell us the actual error MSG we will do are best to sort it out.

That's funny, cos when I phone earlier to say I couldn't log in you told me that the servers were maxxed out and that you didn;t have enough modem banks...hhmmmm
