Not same as techtalk. This is an experiment for us to be able to provide improved support. The helpdesk will be monitoring this each day and will endeavour to respond.

Oh, I see, Help Desk wanted their own cute little board.

Aaaaah, bless 'em!

How are you going to make any money out of the 50p/min support calls then, if everyone uses this board?

Or is it as mentioned above, support for the helpdesk? In that case, the helpdesk has my utmost support and always will do. And if they really need support, I can build them a lovely chair.

I think that clears things up.
