empkane - you called the helpdesk this morning with this problem, and I think I fixed it by creating your Wireplay User ID from this end. So, for any one else who happens to read this and who is having a problem connecting to Wireplay as new user, it is a server-based problem, so you'll have to give us a call at the helpdesk, and we'll get you logged on from this end. Alternatively, if you'd rather not give us a call, you can always drop us an email at support@wireplay.com. Once we've created your new ID, you shouldn't see the problem again.
