Gametoon problem

You might be aware of someone called Gametoon (now going under the name Pheonix) causing havoc on TFC games and the notice board.
Here is an example of one of his posts after being told that someone had reported him to his ISP.

Now this isn't a very nice thing to say (I belive Neils dad recently died). I'd really like something done about this person as he keeps ruining games and annoying ppl.
So can some of you important WP people please do something about him.
