I thought NTL had already bought out C&W, at least the bit that C&W were gonna sell. That is the residential part. Maybe I'm wrong tho'

NTL has bought C&W cable service and now it looks like there might be a merger between NTL and Telewest who are two of the biggest cable operaters. By the way Bill gates owns a bit of both and it'll be good news if they join coz then cable modems should be available every where.
