terra99 your kid's 10 yeah and he goes to school(?) so swearing is'nt going to be anything new to him is it.

But yeah I think it's a good idea to filter all the pointless rubbish said by 'I HATE BT'
Because people like him just cause people to not read the facts about the quality of service (good/bad) that BT provide and instead just see someone that repeatedly moans on messageboards about the same things, that everyone all ready knows anyway.

Calling yourself I HATE BT causes people to dissmiss anything you say instantly.
