Thought some of you might be interested in the following email sent out Freeserve customers today:
“The pricing and availability for our High Speed Access Trial have now been included on the Freeserve High Speed pages:
http://www.freeserve.net/highspeedtrial/ADSL.htm
The monthly charge is £59.99 (inc. VAT) with no connection fee. This is the trial pricing only, the launch pricing is likely to be different. There are no Internet call charges with High Speed Access, voice call charges still apply though.
We are also offering a limited number of free subscriptions to the trial service, for more details visit our High Speed pages”.
So we finally get a retail price for ADSL. What do you think? Too much or a reasonable price for high bandwidth, 24/7 internet access?
