Cable and ADSL in surrey...?

can anyone tell me if they know when ADSL or cable will be available in the cable and wireless area of surrey? neither BT nor NTL seem to be able to answer me.

yeah but it does say certain parts of surrey, and iam not in one of those certain parts. poo.
its because my cable company is still cable and wireless, and cos they've been bought by ntl, they have a problem or soming that neither of tem can tell me when it'll be available in my area. so i was wondering if anyone in the same area of surrey (epsom/leatherhead - around C&W areas) had gotten any further.
